how do the waitlists work?

Waitlists are a great way to grab a spot in a full class!

If a class is full when you book, you’ll be added to the waitlist in the order you signed up. As spots open, you’ll move up the list and will automatically be added to class when a spot becomes available.

A few things to keep in mind: our 12-hour cancellation policy still applies once you’ve been added to class. If you’re on a waitlist, please plan to attend if a spot opens up. If your plans change, simply remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added to a class you can no longer attend.

Spots open up more often than you may think, so don’t be afraid to join the waitlist!

what happens if i am running late to class?
If you are running late to class, we would still love to have you! However, we lock the doors 5 minutes after class begins to ensure your body has a proper warm up and is able to handle the exercises performed in class! If you arrive after the 5 minutes, you will be charged a no-show fee for the class.
what is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel classes as soon as you decide you aren't coming to class to give others on the waitlist a chance to plan for class! If you cancel within the 12 hour window before class begins, you will be charged a late cancel fee. If you are on the waitlist and are added to the class within that 12 hour window and choose to cancel, that late cancel will also apply.
how does the sixth month commitment work?
